Your Free Initial Consultation (45 – 60 Minutes)


This is our first chat – a relaxed, no-obligation conversation to get to know each other.
We’ll talk about:

  • What’s brought you to hypnotherapy
  • What you'd like to achieve
  • How the brain works (in simple, easy-to-understand terms)
  • How hypnotherapy helps us create positive change

You’ll leave this session with a better understanding of how your brain responds to stress and how we can start gently guiding it towards calm, confidence, and clarity.

There’s no hypnosis in this first session – just conversation, insight, and reassurance.

Online Sessions Preparation


All sessions are held online via Zoom. You’ll just need:
  • A quiet, comfortable space where you feel safe
  • A good internet connection
  • Headphones or speakers (whichever you prefer)

    • You’re welcome to bring a blanket, a hot drink, or even your pet – whatever helps you feel relaxed and at ease.

      After the Session


      You’ll often leave a session feeling calm, uplifted, and more optimistic – but the real magic continues in the hours and days that follow, as your brain works quietly behind the scenes to help you move forward.

      Many clients report better sleep, improved mood, and a clearer mind after just a few sessions.

      Individual Hypnotherapy Sessions £70


      Each regular session (about 50 – 60 minutes) follows a calm, structured flow:

      1. Catch-Up & Positivity


      We begin by talking about the good things – anything that’s gone well since we last spoke. These can be tiny wins or big breakthroughs. This helps your brain focus on what’s already working.

      2. Goal-Setting & Visualisation


      Next, we use solution focused questioning to gently explore where you want to be and how life might look once your challenge is no longer holding you back.
      No pressure, no digging into past trauma – just curiosity and hope.

      3. Hypnosis / Trance Work

      This is the deeply relaxing part! You’ll simply sit back, close your eyes, and listen as I guide you into a calm, peaceful state of focused attention.

      This is when your subconscious becomes open to positive suggestions and begins forming new, helpful patterns.

      Most clients find this part of the session incredibly soothing – many even drift off (and that’s absolutely fine!).

      How many sessions will I need?


      The number of sessions varies depending on:-

    • The issues you’re working on
    • Its severity or how long it’s been affecting you
    • Your level of motivation and commitment

      • Most clients experience real, noticeable change within a few sessions and many achieve their goals in 8- 12 sessions.

        Success in Hypnotherapy is a team effort. It needs your motivation , openness and willingness to show up for yourself and the changes you want to see.
